Open INB AX Bridge Error

Issue/Question

When I try to use the Document Imaging software with Banner, I get the following popup message: 

Open INB AX Bridge?

Environment

  • Google Chrome
    • Banner Document Imaging

Cause

There is an update with Chrome that causes this message to display.

Resolution

You may either choose the option to Open INB AX Bridge or use a browser other than Chrome. At this time there is not a fix from the vendor to bypass this popup.
