Correcting Recipient Email Address


When I try to send a message to an email address, I receive the following error in an Undeliverable message:

The e-mail address you entered couldn't be found. Please check the recipient's e-mail address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.


The recipient's email address was spelled incorrectly or does not exist.


Double check the spelling of the recipient's email address to ensure that it has been entered correctly. If you are sending from an @wku or @topper address, you can use the Check Names function in Outlook / OWA to search for the appropriate address. If the problem persists, please contact the ITS Service Desk.
