How do I create a hyperlink that leads to a specific area in the same Word document?
Environment
Microsoft 365
Word
Resolution
Highlight the area that you want to link to.
Click
Insert
from the ribbon.
Select
Bookmark
.
Name the bookmark as you please.
Click
Add
.
Highlight the area and text you wish to use for the hyperlink.
Right click your highlighted selection.
Select
Hyperlink
.
Select
This Document
.
Select the bookmark you created.
Click
OK
.
