Making the Contacts Tool Available

Issue/Question

I am unable to edit or submit the biography portion of my course site.

Cause

The Contacts tool has been disabled in the course site.

Resolution

The Instructor of the course site will need to enable the Contacts tool.

1. In the Control Panel, click Customization.
2. Click Tool Availability.
3. Locate Contacts in the list.
4. Click the checkbox for Available.
5. Click Submit.
