Uploading Picture to Test Issue

Why am I unable to find the insert button when uploading a picture to my Blackboard test?

Environment

• Blackboard

Cause

Blackboard opens the upload utility in a window with a resolution higher than that of the monitor's.

Resolution

1. Drag the upload window to the left until you are able to see the exit, maximize, and minimize buttons.
2. Click Maximize.
3. You will now be able to see the insert button.
