Why would I request this service?
Utilize this request if you created a new index number in Banner Finance. WKU IT has to setup the index number in an approval queue. This request will place the index number in an approval queue for requisitions and budget transfers. This request also ties the index number to the responsible Financial Manager.

What happens after I submit the request?
You will receive an email confirming that you entered the request. WKU IT will contact you once the index number has been processed.
