How do I check my voicemail from my phone?

Resolution

Note: By default, voicemails are sent to your WKU email address. If it is necessary to check voicemail from your phone, please contact the ITS Service Desk.

1. Call 5-5555 (or 270-745-5555 from an off-campus phone).
2. Press *.
3. When prompted for a user ID, enter your 5-digit extension followed by #.
4. Enter your PIN followed by #.
5. Press 3 if phone system states voicemails are available.
