Creating / Changing Voicemail PIN (Cisco Phones)

How do I create or change my voicemail or phone services PIN?

Environment

• Cisco Phones

Resolution

1. Navigate to cvp.wku.edu.
2. Sign in using your NetID and password.
3. Click General Settings tab.
4. Within the Phone Services PIN section, enter a New Phone PIN of at least 6 numbers.
5. Within the Phone Services PIN section, confirm new phone PIN.
6. Click Save.
