Creating/Changing Voicemail PIN

Issue/Question

How do I create or change my voicemail or phone services PIN?

Resolution

  1. Navigate to cvp.wku.edu.
  2. Sign in using your NetID and password.
  3. Navigate to General Settings.
  4. Within the Phone Services PIN section, enter a new PIN of at least 6 numbers. 
    • Note: Please ignore "The new PIN must be between 1 and 128 numbers long" the Pin must be at least six characters. 
  5. Click Save.
