I am trying to add a Ricoh printer to my device. What is my access code?
Environment
- Managed Print Services (MPS)
Resolution
Departments who have been moved to the MPS program and have received a Ricoh printer/copier were given the option of using access codes to track print jobs from individual users. If your department opted to use access codes, your code should be the last five (5) digits of your WKUID. If your access code does not work, check with your department's office coordinator to make sure you have the correct code. If you do and it still does not solve the problem, please contact the ITS Service Desk.
