Adding Exchange Account to Outlook App (iOS)

How do I add my Exchange account to my iPhone / iPod / iPad using the Outlook for iOS app?

Resolution

Student worker and departmental/generic Exchange accounts do not have the ability to add their account to mobile devices by default. Please contact the ITS Service Desk to request this feature be enabled.
Due to the nature of the Outlook for iOS app and the method by which it connects to Exchange e-mail accounts, poor performance within the app is to be expected for approximately 24 hours after initial setup. 
  1. From the App Store, download and install the Microsoft Outlook app.
  2. Tap the Outlook app.
  3. On the Add Account page, enter in your WKU Exchange e-mail address and tap Add Account.
  4. Enable Use Advanced Settings.
  5. In the Password field, type in your NetID password.
  6. In the Description field, type in WKU Exchange.
  7. In the Server field, type in email.wku.edu.
  8. In the Domain field, type in ad.wku.edu.
  9. In the Username field, type in your NetID. 
  10. Tap Sign In.
