Removing Duplicate Discussion Board Threads

How do I remove a duplicate discussion board thread?

Environment

• Blackboard

Resolution

Note: Students do not have the ability to delete threads.

1. Navigate to Blackboard.
2. Sign in with your NetID  and Password.
3. Select course under My Courses heading.
4. Select Discussion Board.
5. Select which forum has a duplicate posting.
6. Click the downward facing arrow next to the duplicated thread title.
7. Select Delete.
