How do I create a folder on the Shared drive that others in my department / group can access?
Resolution
You can create subfolders within your departmental / group folders; however, you cannot create a folder on the main level of the shared drive.
If you need a new shared folder on the main level, please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
