How do I compose an email through OWA that has bold, italic, or different color text?
Environment
Cause
If the HTML option for sending messages has been disabled you will not be able to send messages that have bold, italic, or different color text. The HTML option must be re-enabled to send such content.
Resolution
- Click New Message.
- Click in the menu bar, then select Switch to HTML.
- The formatting bar will give you options for having HTML rich font.
