I cannot find an assignment my instructor put on Blackboard.

Check with the instructor as to where it should be located, if it is available, or if it has release conditions applied to it.

If you are looking for an assignment in your course, you may search Course content using Search course content. You can check student viewability for assignments in your course by using Student Preview. Make adjustments to assignment visibility using release conditions.
