Assigning Delegate Access to Calendar

Issue/Question

How do I give delegate access to my personal Exchange calendar to another WKU employee?

Environment

  • Windows 7+
    • Outlook 2016

Resolution

  1. Click File.
  2. Click Account Settings.
  3. Click Delegate Access.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Search the name of the person you want to share your calendar with.
  6. Double click the person you wish to share with.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Select the correct permissions that you wish to give to the person.
  9. Click OK.
  10. Click OK again.
