Issue/Question
Whenever I try to attach a file to an email I get the following error message:
The file (filename) is being used by another program and can't be attached. Please close it and try again.
Resolution
Try locating the program that is currently using the file and completely close out of it. If that doesn't work, restart the machine and try to attach the file.
