Dropping Off a Device to be Serviced

Issue/Question

Where do I drop off a device to be serviced by TopperTech?

Resolution

Any device such as a WKU-owned machine or a student's personal machine needing to be serviced by TopperTech can be dropped off at the Service Windows on the 3rd floor of Jody Richards Hall.

 Note: To check in a device you will have to have the power adapter, device, and a photo ID.
