Showing Mapped Network Drives (Windows)

Issue/Question

When I open file explorer I do not see any of my network drives like the Personal, Shared, or Secure drive. 

Environment

• Windows 10

Cause

The drives have not been expanded in the Windows Explorer. 

Resolution

1. Click the Windows button .
2. Type This PC. 
3. Press Enter. 
4. Hover over the This PC icon in the list to the left. 
5. Click the arrow  to expand the devices connected to the computer. The network drives that are mapped should display.
