How do I install the Zoom application on a personal device in a mobile or desktop environment?

On PC/Mac
If you are installing Zoom Workplace on a WKU Faculty/Staff Windows device, please follow the instructions in
this article to install Zoom Workplace from the Software Center.
- Go to https://zoom.us/download.
- Choose the download option appropriate for your operating system.
- Choose a location to save the installer & click Save.
- Once downloaded, open the installer file.
- Follow the installation prompts.
- The program should start automatically after installation. If not, locate Zoom in the Windows Start Menu or Mac Applications.
On iOS/Android
- Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Search for Zoom Workplace. You may also directly access the app download on Google Play here or the Apple Store here.
- If you performed a search, the first result should be Zoom Workplace. Tap the application.
- Tap on Install.
