How can I preview a website if I am not trained in Omni CMS or do not have access to Omni CMS?
Environment
Cause
A website needs to be previewed before being made public, but a user cannot log into Omni CMS beforehand as they do not have access.
Resolution
There is not currently a role within Omni CMS to set someone as a reviewer in order to see a website before it is published. If a web page needs to be created for previewing purposes you may create a new web page, ensuring that it is not linked to from any existing pages, and share the published URL with the person who needs to review it. Once the page has been approved, you can schedule to publish and replace a current page or folder in order to move the page where it will need to be.
