The ability to utilize macros and forms (templates) in Outlook is found on the Developer tab, but this tab is not set visible by default.

  3. Click Customize Ribbon.
  4. Under Main Tabs on the right, check the box beside Developer.
  5. Click OK.
  6. The Developer tab will now appear in the ribbon (by default between View and Help).
