How do I create a new email using a form (template) in Outlook?
Environment
Windows 10+
Outlook M365
Resolution
Click
Developer
tab.
Note:
Developer tab is not visible by default and must be enabled.
Click
Choose Form
.
Note:
You must have already created and published a form (template) to select.
Select
Personal Forms Library
in the Look In dropdown.
Double click on the
name of your form
(template).
The form will pull up as a new email, and you can make any changes or adjustments before sending like any other email.
