How do I create a new email using a form (template) in Outlook Classic?
Environment
Resolution
- Click Developer tab.
Note: Developer tab is not visible by default and must be enabled.
- Click Choose Form.
Note: You must have already created and published a form (template) to select.
- Select Personal Forms Library in the Look In dropdown.
- Double click on the name of your form (template).
- The form will pull up as a new email, and you can make any changes or adjustments before sending like any other email.
- Click Home tab.
- Click New Items.
- Click More Items.
- Click Choose Form.
- Select Personal Forms Library in the Look In dropdown.
- Double click on the name of your form (template).
- The form will pull up as a new email, and you can make any changes or adjustments before sending like any other email.
