No Audible Notifications in Outlook (macOS)

Issue/Question

I'm not hearing any an audible notification when I send or receive email in Outlook.

Environment

• Outlook
• macOS

Cause

Notifications are disabled for Outlook within macOS.

Resolution

1. Click the  apple icon.
2. Select System Settings.
3. Select Notifications.
4. In the Notifications Menu, select Microsoft Outlook option.
5. Enable Allow Notifications.
