How do Dual Credit instructors sign into their account?
Cause
Dual Credit instructors are a subclass of affiliates that do not require email addresses. When they are put into Banner, an account is created with the username of NetID followed by @ad.wku.edu (example: abc12345@ad.wku.edu).
Resolution
These accounts do not have a mailbox and cannot receive mail.
- Navigate to Blackboard or TopNet and sign in.
- Enter your NetID followed by @ad.wku.edu as the username (example: abc12345@ad.wku.edu).
- Enter your NetID password.
Note: You can reset your password at https://wku.edu/accounts.
- Authenticate using the Microsoft Authenticator app.
