How do Dual Credit instructors sign into their account?
Cause
Dual Credit instructors are a subclass of affiliates who do not require email inboxes. Accounts are created with usernames in NetID@ad.wku.edu format (ex.: abc12345@ad.wku.edu).
Resolution
If you still have an active TopperMail account (ex. Alumni) you will log into that account to access Blackboard and TopNet.
If unsure of your credentials, please visit our
Accounts page.
These accounts do not have a mailbox and cannot receive mail.
- Navigate to Blackboard or TopNet and sign in.
- Enter NetID followed by @ad.wku.edu as username (example: abc12345@ad.wku.edu).
- Enter NetID password.
Note: You can reset your password at https://wku.edu/accounts.
- Authenticate using the Microsoft Authenticator app.
