Expired License Error

Issue/Question

When I try and open the Respondus Lockdown Browser I get the error message:

The Respondus Lockdown Browser license has expired, unable to continue. Please contact your administrator.

Resolution

If you are experiencing the error message above, please remove the Respondus LockDown Browser from your computer and re-install following these steps. If you continue to have problem please contact the ITS Service Desk to get this resolved.
