Installing Respondus

How do I install Respondus?

Resolution

1. Navigate to Blackboard.
2. Click on the My WKU Bb tab.
3. Under the Respondus section, click the Respondus4Campus link. 
   Note: If you receive an error stating Administrator rights are required for this install, enable MakeMeAdmin before proceeding.
4. Open the downloaded file. For WKU-owned devices:
   1. Open download file location. 
   2. Right-click installer & select Run as administrator.
   3. Enter your credentials.
   4. Click Yes. 
5. Select language and click Next. 
6. Click Next.
7. Accept terms of agreement.
8. Click Next to see or modify the installation directory.
9. Click Next to see or modify the project document directory.
10. Click Install.
11. Click Yes if you need to install the Equation Editor, and No if not.
12. Click Finish.
13. Activate Respondus licensing. Respondus licensing is renewable and changes yearly. For up-to-date information, see this article.
