Resolving No Logon Servers Error


When I attempt to log in to a lab or classroom computer I receive the error:

There are currently no logon servers available to service the login request.

What can I do to log in?


  • WKU Labs and Classrooms


  1. Restart the machine.
    Note: It may be necessary to hold down the power button on the machine to turn it off.
  2. Power on the machine again to see if it will allow the account to sign in.
  3. If you are not able to sign in, please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
