How do I send an email to the Faculty-All or Staff-All mailing lists?
Resolution
Important Information
- By WKU ITS Policy you cannot send a forwarded or reply message to these lists, and such will not be delivered.
- By default, shared mailbox WKU email accounts cannot send to these lists; however, approval to allow a specific shared account to send can be requested. Once approved, messages from that specific account will always be allowed to deliver.
Faculty-All List
To send to Faculty-All list address email to faculty-all@wku.edu. You must send from an @wku.edu address.
Staff-All List
To send to Staff-All list address email to staff-all@wku.edu. You must send from an @wku.edu address.
If you need assistance or to request a shared mailbox be allowed to send to either list, please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
