I have stopped receiving email notifications from a Discussion Board thread I am subscribed to.
Environment
Blackboard
Resolution
Search your inbox by the
Course ID
(e.g., 200810UC17500229056) to see if the emails were sent to an unknown folder.
Verify that you are still subscribed to the Discussion Board thread.
If you are subscribed and still have not received any emails please contact the
ITS Service Desk
