Issue/Question
When I open Office on my computer I get a message that my subscription has expired.
Cause
The subscription to Microsoft 365 will expire once you are not enrolled in courses.
Resolution
If you just registered for classes in the past 24 hours, please wait 24-48 hours and try again.
If you have been registered for classes more than 48 hours please contact the ITS Service Desk
