Saving to PDF

How can I save something as a PDF on my Mac?

Environment

Cause

macOS allows anything that can be printed, to be saved as a PDF.

Resolution

1. Open the document, web page, or file you want to print to a PDF. Prepare to print the document as you normally would.
2. Click the File menu.
3. Select Print...
4. Choose the PDF button in the lower left corner of the print dialog box.
5. Select Save as PDF...
6. Name your file and choose the location, then click Save.
