Adding Student Email Account (iOS)

Issue/Question

How do I access my student email account on my iPhone, iPod, or iPad?

Environment

• iOS mobile devices

Resolution

1. Tap Settings.
2. Tap Accounts & Passwords.
   Note: If you are using iOS 10.3.3 or earlier, tap Mail instead.
   Note: If you are using iOS 14 or later, tap Mail, then tap Accounts. 
3. Tap Add Account.
4. Tap Microsoft Exchange.
5. Enter in:
   1. Email:Full email address (e.g. big.red123@topper.wku.edu)
   2. Description: Whatever you would like to describe it as
6. Tap Next.
7. Tap Sign in. 
8. If asked to to sign in to Apple Internet Accounts, select Continue. 
9. Enter in the information requested. You may need to type in your full email address and password. 
10. Authenticate using Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication, if prompted. 
11. Tap what you would like to sync to the device.
12. Tap Save.
13. If messages/events do not start loading, restart the device to force the account to start syncing.
