Issue/Question
I am using a WKU-Owned Mac that another person used/uses, who purchased software through the Apple Store with WKU funds. I cannot update the app, as that person's credentials are needed. Can the purchase be transferred to another account?
Resolution
WKU IT is not able to transfer purchases. Apple's Store Support will need to be contacted to request the transfer. For more information, visit Apple's Support page: https://www.apple.com/support/contact/.
