How do I move messages and folders through OWA?
Resolution
Outlook Web Access in modern browsers lets you drag and drop messages and folders, just like the dedicated Outlook program does.
You can also use the Move feature.
- Click the item needing to be moved.
- Click Move To.
- Choose a destination for the items to be moved to.
