How do I hide or show my inbox folders in OWA?
Environment
Cause
Each Inbox folder that has folders nested below it may be expanded or collapsed to show or hide additional folders.
Resolution
Nested Inbox folders may be hidden or shown by using the chevron arrow next to the folder name. Toggle this chevron on (pointed down) to show your folders, or off (pointed right) to hide your folders.
