How do I add or remove someone to my Blocked Senders list?

Environment

Outlook Web Access

Resolution

Blocking an Email Address

Log into your email account.
Copy the email address of the sender you would like to block.
Click the icon in the top right.
Click View all Outlook settings at the bottom.
Click Mail.
Click Junk email.
In the Blocked Senders and domains list, enter the email address you would like to block.
Click Plus to add the address to the list.
Click Save.

Removing a Blocked Sender

Log into your email account.
Copy the email address of the sender you would like to block.
Click the icon in the top right.
Click View all Outlook settings at the bottom.
Click Mail.
Click Junk email.
In the Blocked senders and domains list, click the sender to select it.
Click the icon to remove the blocked sender.
Click Save.
