How do I change the availability of a Blackboard assignment?

Environment

Blackboard Original
Blackboard Ultra

Resolution

Blackboard Original

Find the assignment you would like to change.
Click the icon and select Edit.
Scroll down to the Date and Time section. Click the icon. Select the date you would like the assignment to become available. Click the icon. Select the time you would like the assignment to become available.
Click Submit.

Blackboard Ultra

Find assignment you would like to change.
Click on icon next to Hidden from students option.
Select Release Conditions.
Check box next to Date/Time.
Check box next to Access From.
Click calendar icon to choose the date for assignment to become available.
Click clock icon to choose the time for assignment to become available.
Click Save in bottom right.
