Signing Up For Qualtrics

How do I sign up for a WKU student or employee Qualtrics account?

Environment

• Qualtrics

Resolution

1. Visit the WKU Qualtrics sign-in page.
2. Click Don't have an account?
3. Enter your WKU email address.
4. Leave the Access Code blank, unless one is provided to you.
5. Click Sign me up.
6. Check your WKU email for a verification message from Qualtrics.
7. Click the link in the email to activate your account.
8. Create a password.
9. Click Create Account.
