Student Unable to View Rubric in Blackboard Grade Center

Issue/Question

My students are unable to view rubric grading or comments.

Environment

• Blackboard

Cause

If an instructor does not fill out the rubric for feedback, the student will not be able to see an attached rubric for comments.

Resolution

Ensure that you have added comments/feedback for a student's rubric by follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the course in question. 
2. Go into the Full Grade Center.
3. Click the downward chevron next to the student's grade for assignment/quiz/test.
4. Select View Grade Details.
5. Click View Attempts.
6. Click View Rubric under the Value column.
7. Check to see if Feedback has been added.
