Sharing Zoom Meeting Link

How do I share a Zoom meeting link for others to connect and join?

Environment

  • Zoom

Resolution

  1. Go here
  2. Click Sign in.
  3. Sign in with your WKU email and password if prompted. 
  4. Click Meetings on the left navigation panel
  5. Schedule a new meeting if needed, or select the meeting under the Topic heading in the list if it has already been created. 
  6. Copy the Invite Link or click on the Copy Invitation button.
  7. Send this link to whomever you wish to invite to the meeting.
