Uninstalling Google Chrome (macOS)

How do I remove Chrome from my Mac?

Environment

  • macOS

Resolution

  1. Quit Chrome.
  2. Open Finder.
  3. Go to Applications.
  4. Locate Google Chrome and drag it to  (Trash) in your dock.
  5. With Finder still in focus, at the top of the screen, click Go.
  6. Select Go to Folder.
  7. Enter ~/Library/Application Support/Google.
  8. Click Go.
  9. Drag the Chrome folder to the  (Trash).
