Issue/Question
I have a device/driver that is not working currently, how do I uninstall it so I can work on a clean slate?
Resolution
- Click the icon and type Device Manager.
- Select Device Manager from the list of applications.
- Find the device under the category it belongs to.
- Right-click on the device and select Uninstall device.
- After the device is uninstalled, Right-click any other device and select Scan for hardware changes.
- The device should appear on the list again and have its basic driver installed now as a baseline.
