How do I access a contact list I made with Outlook on the Web?

Cause
As of March 2021, Outlook for Mac only supports locally stored contact lists.
Resolution
Outlook on the Web must be used to access online contact lists. A future release of Outlook for Mac is planned to support online contact lists.
