Connecting to OneDrive in Office Apps in AppStreaming

How do I save my Office documents while using the AppStreaming service?

    • Excel
    • OneNote

    • Visio
    • Word

Resolution

  1. Click File.
  2. Click Account.
  3. Under Connected Services:, select Add a service.
  4. Select Storage and click OneDrive for Business.
  5. Enter your WKU Email address.
  6. Enter your email account password.
  7. You will be prompted for multi-factor authentication.
  8. Once verified, your OneDrive service will be connected.
  9. Click (Back button) to return to your Office document.
  10. Click (Save).
  11. Select  OneDrive - Western Kentucky University.
  12. Click OneDrive - Western Kentucky University.
  13. A window will appear with your OneDrive content.
  14. Navigate to the desired location on OneDrive, name the file as desired, and click Save.
