Changing Shared Mailbox Account Manager

How do I change the manager of a shared mailbox account (e.x., bigred@wku.edu)? 

Resolution

Please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.  ITS will request approval from the Department Head before updating.
