Issue/Question

How do I download all submissions for an assignment or test?

Resolution

Please click the assignment type below for further details on how to obtain the submissions. Each of these methods will produce a .zip file that will need to be saved to your computer to view the results.

For Assignments

Expand Control Panel.
Expand Grade Center.
Click Full Grade Center.
Locate the desired column and click the dropdown.
Click Assignment File Download.
Click the checkbox for each student whose file you want to download OR click the checkbox at the top to select all available student files.
Click Submit.
Click the Download assignments now link.
Save the file to your computer.

For SafeAssign Assignments

Expand Control Panel.
Expand Course Tools.
Click SafeAssign.
Click SafeAssign Items.
Click the desired assignment under Item Name.
Click Download All Submissions.
Save the file to your computer.

For Assessments

Expand Control Panel.
Expand Grade Center.
Click Full Grade Center.
Locate the desired column and click the dropdown.
Click Download Results.
Choose the options you wish and click Click to download results.
Save the file to your computer.
