Resolution
Click on
settings
in the upper right corner.
Click
View all Outlook settings
at the bottom.
Select the category of
Mail
on the left.
Select the subcategory of
Compose and reply
.
Highlight all text in text box and press
Delete
or
Backspace
.
Click
Save
.
