Automatically Adding Signature


How do I automatically apply my email signature to new messages and new message replies?

  1. Click on  settings in the upper right corner. 
  2. Click View all Outlook settings at the bottom. 
  3. Select the category of Mail on the left. 
  4. Select the subcategory of Compose and reply
  5. Compose your signature as you wish. 
  6. Check Automatically include my signature on messages I compose in addition to Automatically include my signature on messages I forward or reply to
  7. Click save to save the changes.
