How do I automatically apply my email signature to new messages and new message replies?
Environment
OWA (Outlook on the Web)
Resolution
Log in to
OWA
.
Click on
settings
in the upper right corner.
Click
Account
tab in the left menu.
Click
Signatures
.
Your default signature should appear. You may compose your signature as you wish.
Select the name of your signature for both
For New Messages
and
For Replies/Forwards
.
Click
Save
.
