Automatically Adding Signature

Issue/Question

How do I automatically apply my email signature to new messages and new message replies? 

Environment

  • OWA (Outlook on the Web)

Resolution

  1. Log in to OWA.
  2. Click on  settings in the upper right corner. 
  3. Click Account tab in the left menu. 
  4. Click Signatures
  5. Your default signature should appear. You may compose your signature as you wish.
  6. Select the name of your signature for both For New Messages and For Replies/Forwards.
  7. Click Save.
