Receiving Something Went Wrong Login Error

Issue/Question

When I try to log into my WKU Email I get the following error message:

Oops! Something went wrong. :(

Resolution

  1. Ensure you are going to the correct login page.
  2. If that doesn't fix the issue, clear the browser's cache. Instructions can be found in the related articles.
