Restoring Deleted Files/Folders

Issue/Question

I accidentally deleted a file/folder on one of the networked drives ( Personal (P:), Shared (S:) (U:) ). Can that be restored?

Resolution

Files and folders are automatically backed up daily. Please submit an online request or contact the ITS Service Desk.

 Note: Backups are kept for the past 7 days. Files or folders deleted more than 7 days ago cannot be restored.
